1. 🔗 Link: India and UK-Based Builder.ai raises $250 Million Series D

  • The recent capital infusion by led by the Qatar Investment authority will help the company ‘invest in technology, talent, and partnerships’, the company disclosed.

  • The startup has raised over $450 Million since 2018.

  • It offers an AI powered platform that enables anyone to build custom software using a method similar to ‘building lego blocks’

2. 🔗 Link: Consumer appliance brand raises $86 Million

  • Atomberg, founded by 2 IIT-Bombay alumni, plans to boost their manufacturing, new products, and offline presence in key offline regions.

  • Founded in 2012, they sell a range of products, from motors to smart fans.

  • And they claim to be an ‘engineering-led product-first company focused on solving latent consumer problems.’

3. 🔗 Link: Chalo raises $57 Million in new round

  • Bus tracking and ticketing service provider Chalo raised it’s first round of this year, and it’s now valued at $290 Million(down from 365 Million)

  • However, the company’s losses jumped up 2x to Rs 66.9 crore in the past year

  • They provide GPS tracking and online ticketing for passengers, which includes digital bus passes for multiple journeys; the operators pay the company for increased ridership.
