🚨 Highlights of the week

1. Teenage internship platform raises $215k from CIIE.CO IIM and American Chase Founders

Launched in a small town in Madya Pradesh, YouVah had surprisingly already clocked 15000 registered users within the first month.

According to the Co-founder, ‘with the National Educational Policy encouraging internships, schools are embracing this culture more than ever.’

2. AI startup Aampe raises $7.5 Million

The company defines itself as a reinforcement learning infrastructure for a company’s communication stack, and automates content creation, conversion tracking, and more.

The round was lead by Peak XV Partners(formerly Sequoia Capital India)

3. Handloom Ethical clothing brand raises $3.3 Million

Dressfolk is on a mission to modernize traditional Indian Weaves while empowering local artisan communities.

They partner with more than 600 weavers and 120 artisans across 6 states

‘Not just Made in India, but Made Of India.’
