• B2B and agritech platform Waycool seem to be in talk to raise a frsh round of $50 Million.

• The company was valued at $700 Million in their last round.

• This new round may lead to their valuation touching $1 Billion, making them India’s first unicorn this year.

2. 🔗 Link: Space Tech startup raises $10 Million.

• Digantara claim to be the frontrunners of Space Cartography.

• The round is led by Peak XV partners, formerly Sequoia Capital India, and is their first space tech investment.

• The startup plans to kick off it’s commercial space operations and satellite traffic management.

What is their USP?

Through their mission they aim to raise situational awareness in the field.

Similar to what Google does with Maps, they use:

• Crowdsourced data to process them into Orbital Positions.

• Convert them to Analytics

• And thus offer decision-making intelligence

3. 🔗 Link: Drone Manufacturer raises Rs 255 Crore.

• This is IdeaForge’s anchor round prior to their IPO, available from Monday onwards.

• Through their innovative drone technology, they already account for 50% in the market, and have generated significant interest with their IPO.

• Notable investors include Goldman Sachs funds, TATA AIA, and more.
