$80 Million in Funding this week, compared to $245 Million the last week

There was a slowdown in startup funding this past week, but that’s been the trend as of this year, with the looming economic climate.

Once again, Bengaluru based startups dominated the funding.

6 startups raised $77 Million

1. 🔗 Link: Safe Security raises $50 Million, bringing ML to Risk management

Generative AI Can Help Nontechnical Executives Better Understand Security Posture

  • Claiming to be the first AI-driven solution for mitigating and managing cyber risk, it could spell a fresh wind for an innovative solution in the industry.

  • Bringing ML to Risk Quantification can produce real time solutions and also act as a better selling point to executives not well versed with the domain.

They had previously raised $33 Million.

2. 🔗 Link: Health AI startup raises $8.5 Million.

  • Bengauluru and Singapore based Health Startup Tricog specialises in preventive diagnostics and the acceleration of cardiac care.

  • The funding round was led by Japan’s Omron Healthcare.

  • The company claims to have to have positively affected the lives of more than 12 Million patients and counting.

3. 🔗 Link: India’s first startup school raises Rs34Cr.

  • MESA School of Business aims to prepare young professionals for the challenges of leadership roles in startups and scale-ups.

  • Founded by Harvard and Kellogg graduates, they claim to be India’s first B-School programme.

  • The founders are aiming to leverage their deep networks to design a state of the art application-based curriculum.
